Delivered within an active downtown corridor, this commercial renovation modernized the building envelope and interior circulation while preserving the character of the original structure. Structural reinforcement, mechanical coordination, and finish work were sequenced to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants and keep the property operational throughout construction.
